The Schneider Electric global brand continues to gain awareness and recognition throughout  Canada as a trusted solutions provider. To better leverage the growing presence and further strengthen the Schneider Electric brand, we recently launched a new package design for Merlin Gerin and Telemecanique products.  In the second quarter of 2009, we will begin launching new nameplate markings for these products.

The front of the products will carry the Schneider Electric logo.  Whenever there is enough space to allow us to do so, the side of the products will carry the Merlin Gerin andTelemecanique logos.

Product dimensions, design and functionality will not change. Dimensions, lot sizes, weight, catalogue numbers and UPC codes will remain the same.

These changes affect only Merlin Gerin and Telemecanique products.

Federal Pioneer and Square D branded products and packaging  are not impacted by these changes.
