The Miniature Series
Are available in tubular (cylinder diameters down to 8mm) or flat rectangular styles. They're ideal for small target detection or detection in narrow access areas - and offer sensing ranges from 2.4 in. to 41 ft. Because of this extended optical performance and their lower cost, they can be an excellent alternative to fiber optics.

The Compact Series
Are available in standard and long-range rectangular and limit switch models. With sensing ranges from up to over 200 ft, they're ideal for use on the perimeter of industrial machines indoors.

Fiber Optic Sensors
Are for applications that are very hard to reach, have very small targets such as electronic components or are subject to extreme temperature or chemical environments. You can choose a terminal block design or limit switch style housing with plastic or glass fiber optic extensions. We also offer a variety of amplifiers and sensing tips.

Separate Optical Head Sensors
These sensors separate the housing for amplifiers and logic from the head so you can perform very specialized functions in very little space. Extra-flat, forked, and convergent sensing heads are available.

Color Mark Detectors
Ideal for printing and packaging applications such as checking positioning or registration of product labels. They're available with various color filters and sophisticated potentiometers for extraordinary sensitivity. Schneider offers several types.
